I offer individual therapy, couples and relationship counseling, and family therapy for adults (ages 18+) across Texas through secure virtual sessions. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your partnership, or your chosen family, I provide a compassionate and affirming space where growth, healing, and transformation occurs.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. I also work with polyamorous, non-monogamous, and kinky individuals and relationships.
Many of the relationships I support include one or more partners with histories of relational trauma. I frequently work with clients who are survivors of childhood abuse, emotional or physical neglect, sexual abuse, and intimate partner violence.
I also support highly sensitive people, neurodivergent folks, and spiritual seekers.
My practice is rooted in somatic, relational, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches that support deep emotional healing and nervous system regulation. Together, we work to cultivate authentic connection, with self and others, and foster personal, relational, and collective transformation.
My clients are thoughtful, resilient cycle breakers who are healing generational pain, reclaiming their inner wisdom, and contributing to a more liberated and compassionate world.

Therapy can be a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, relationship struggles, or spiritual disconnection, therapy offers a supportive relationship where change can unfold safely and intentionally.
Healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. I know this intuitively and it is also what research in neuroscience, attachment, and trauma recovery shows us. When you work with a therapist who sees and affirms the fullness of your humanity, you can begin to unravel old patterns, process and release stuck pain, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.
Because every person and relationship is unique, great therapy does not have a one-size-fits-all approach. What you gain from therapy depends on your needs, intentions, and life experiences. For some, that means learning to regulate your nervous system or set boundaries. For others, it might be healing from complex trauma, building more authentic relationships, or reconnecting with purpose and spirit.
When it’s the right time, and with the right therapist, therapy can feel like coming home to yourself. It’s not about fixing what’s broken; it’s about remembering your wholeness and reclaiming the life and relationships you deserve.

Yes, I do offer virtual therapy to clients located throughout Texas. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform that is secure and easy to use. If a video call therapy session isn’t accessible to you, I also provide audio phone call sessions. Some of my clients prefer that method. We can collaborate to determine if video call or phone call sessions are best for you. The fee and length of time are the same for phone call sessions and video sessions.

I live in Central Texas, however, I’m currently offering virtual therapy sessions to clients throughout Texas. That means that as long as you’re physically located in Texas, we can work together! You can show up from the comfort of your own space and we can collaborate to make sure that you have the privacy that you need for us to meet virtually. You can access our video sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

I do not prescribe medication. However, if you believe you may need medication, I can provide you with referrals to appropriate prescribers and/or collaborate with any current prescribers in your care team.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to how long therapy takes. It truly depends on your unique goals, needs, and life experiences. Some clients find clarity and relief in a few months, while others benefit from deeper, long-term therapy over the course of years.
As an attachment-oriented relational therapist, I believe meaningful healing often happens in the context of an ongoing, trusting and safe relationship. Long-term therapy allows your body and nervous system to learn to feel safe and supported by me, to explore patterns more fully, heal relational wounds, and create lasting change from the inside out.
That said, I collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure therapy continues to feel useful and aligned with your evolving needs. Whether you're seeking short-term support or a long-term space to heal and evolve, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Well, take some moments to tune into your own experience. As you scroll through my website, notice how you're feeling. Do my words resonate with you? Can you imagine what it might be like to work together? What comes up when you look at a photo of me? (Seriously! Our bodies often pick up on energy, even through images.) Do you think I might get you? These are some examples of questions you can ask yourself to determine if I’m the right therapist for you. If you’re feeling like we might vibe, reach out and schedule a free intro call.
During our intro call you can ask me questions about how I work and questions related to your specific needs. I encourage clients to have intro calls with potential therapists in order to feel out if they might be a match. Any curiosities or concerns you have about me or how we may work together should be addressed. Your therapy is for you, and you deserve to have your dream therapist as your therapist in real life. -
I am not paneled with any insurance providers. I can provide you with a monthly statement, called a “superbill,” that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. You will need to check with your provider to determine what out-of-network benefits you have for mental health services.
If you choose to submit claims to your insurance company, you will be responsible for the session fee for therapy services at the time of service.

If my fee is not accessible, I do provide a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please let me know if you'd like to discuss my sliding scale rates. For low-cost mental health resources in Austin, I recommend checking out this list I curated.

I accept credit cards, debit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards.

You can schedule a free 20-minute intro call with me to ensure I’m the right therapist for you before we officially begin to work together.
If we’re not the right match, I can provide you with referrals for providers that might be a better fit for you. If we decide to work together, we can schedule our first session during the initial consultation or after the call through email. -
You can contact me in a variety of ways. It all depends on your preferred method of communication. I typically do best with email or text message communication. If you call me, I will probably respond to you with a text message.
